South Carolina Department of Public Safety will be holding a virtual memorial service to remember the more than 1,000 lives lost on SC roads in 2023.
The virtual service will include a video tribute and several messages of comfort from various highway safety professionals.
The service will be held on Saturday, April 27 at 10 a.m.
